Course Description

When employees underperform, they not only decrease business productivity, they also lower workplace morale.

Responding to a given employee’s underperformance, if not done properly, can have legal implications for the business.

This webinar will provide participants with an overview of the laws and regulations that managers need to bear in mind when performance managing employees and will also provide useful insights into the best way to structure a tailored performance improvement plan.
