Course Description

Personal productivity generally derives from, thinking about what it is you want to do, figuring out how you are going to get this done, and  actually following through to get it done.

Our brain is required to co-ordinate all three activities.  Learn how to harness the daily ebbs and flows of brain energy, learn how to ‘quiet’ your busy brain to deal with distractions to become more productive at work.
In this webinar will address the 3 ways we compromise our decision making;

  • distraction and getting off task
  • running out of decision making 'steam
  • 'trying to do too many things at once

Decision making is a human competence, it improves with knowledge and practice.
Learn ways to 'quiet' your busy brain, deal with distractions and focus on the task at hand.
