We all have habits. Some good. Some not so helpful. The habits we have (or don’t have) shape what we do, how we think, how we relate and ultimately how successful we are in love and life. As Warren Buffet said our habits “may be more important than IQ”.  All successful people have daily habits they live by, such as:

  • Thinking positively
  • Building in recovery time (meditation, reading, relaxing)
  • Keeping good sleep patterns

 If you want to a be a happier, healthier or more successful version of yourself or simply want to be able to adapt, stay agile and keep up in a world of accelerating change, understanding how to build new habits (and how your current one’s work) is essential.
