Course Description

While you might want to blame it on the open bar, drunken and inappropriate behavior at the official staff function can lead breach of your employment contract.

Some employers are implementing a ban on alcohol at staff parties in an effort to curb the post event complaints and disciplinary matters.  There are a number of processes that employers can put in place to allow staff the have fun at the party, and be mindful of their safety and conduct.

Join this webinar and David will share with you his email template on 'guidelines' for the staff Christmas and after party.
